We retain customer and order data for up to 7 years as this is required by HMRC for us to fulfil our legal obligations.

In order to provide these emails, your data may be transferred to a trusted, third party, email service provider. The third party will not send you emails directly, only under instruction of Tartan Otters, and will store your personal data for this purpose only.

Payment Services

Third party payment providers, such as PayPal, and Stripe will be used to process payments for orders. When used through our website, they will process your secure payment information for the express purpose of paying for goods and services purchased from us. Tartan Otters will not store credit card information, but may keep on file bank details such as Sort Codes and Account numbers for making payments in the future.

Whilst we will undertake all appropriate measures, the Internet is not completely secure, therefore we cannot guarantee the security of any data or content transmitted to our website, therefore any transmission is done so at your own risk. Any information received by us will be contained under strict security measures.
