Refund policy

Shopping with Tartan Otters online is easy and convenient, but we also understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. We want you to enjoy shopping with us and enjoy wearing our clothing, so when your order wasn’t quite as you expected we are here to help sort that out.

We are very happy to help you choose something else or offer a full refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition, within 28 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase. If you wish to return your purchase we ask that you contact our customer service team on hello@tartanotters.co.uk.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@tartanotters.co.uk.
